FOIA Request to Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office regarding new recruits application form on July 29, 2025.

The Fairfield Reporter has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office. The request seeks access to a PDF copy of the application form used for recruiting or accepting applicants into the sheriff’s office. This request was made under the Ohio Open Records Law, §149.43 et seq., and was sent on July 29, 2025.

As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we are seeking this information to ensure transparency and accountability within public institutions.
