Meet Gail:
Gail Reinhart has been working in the landscape industry for over 20 years, graduating with a degree in Landscape and Turf Management, she started in the field focusing on
horticulture, plant care and coaching team members on proper landscape practices. Initially working with small landscape companies (15-30 employees), Gail was promoted into
management positions taking on project and operations, sales, marketing and recruitment before focusing solely on Human Resources management working with landscape
companies with over 100 employees in creating positive employee work environments.
