Baltimore City issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
The contractor was able to work in the area today 2/24 and they were able to finish installing the Kumler portion of the project. 2/23 The new waterline project which includes
Fremont, Kumler and Brown Streets is finally underway due to some delays because of weather. Today the contractor installed a portion of the new waterline which runs from
Fremont to Brown Streets. The additional rain we are getting may delay any further construction for a day or two.
