Village of Baltimore issued the following announcement on March 2.
This week we are testing our website notification system. If you have signed up to receive updates you will be seeing emails and text messages with the word "test" on it. This is
the method we will be notifying residents of street closures, water breaks or any other pertinent news or information. By signing up for the notification updates, notifications will
come directly to either your email address or to your phone via test message.
