Fairfield County recently issued the following announcement.
The Fairfield County Auditor’s Office is pleased to release a fact sheet documenting the Auditor’s Office procedures for the conveyance of property. This document answers
frequently asked questions and outlines procedures for conveying property in Fairfield County.
“The Conveyance of Property fact sheet answers questions frequently posed to representatives of the County Auditor’s Office, and it helps to provide information and referrals in a
convenient way. This fact sheet and others were reviewed by a focus group to ensure readability and usefulness,” stated Dr. Carri Brown, Fairfield County Auditor.
