A free financial planning workshop will be hosted for parents of college-bound children. The event will be co-hosted by the Keystone Financial Group and Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools on the evening of Wednesday, January 18.
Parents of middle school and high school students are invited to attend this free workshop that will share strategies and tips that can help families develop a college savings plan. The event will be held inside the Engineering Technologies Center on the Eastland Career Center campus in Groveport and is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. The program will last approximately one hour.
Advisors from the Keystone Financial Group will share information including common financial planning mistakes, tips to present overspending on tuition, understanding the metrics of a college investment, financial aid eligibility, and more.
