CITY COUNCIL TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON FEBRUARY 13, 2023 AT 6:30 PM

Lancaster City Council will hold a Public Hearing on: PERMIT TO INSTALL (PTI) APPLICATION FOR NEW SOLID WASTE TRANSFER.  Notice is given that the Lancaster City Council will hold a public hearing regarding a Permit to Install Application to construct a new solid waste transfer station at 743 S. Ewing St, Lancaster Ohio 43130. A PTI Application is being submitted to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Central District Office. The public hearing is being held pursuant to ORC 3734.05(A)(2)(d).   The public hearing will be held on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., in the Lancaster City Council Chambers, 111 South Broad Street, Lancaster.  A copy of the Application can be reviewed at the City Engineer’s Office located at 121 E. Chestnut Street, Suite 100, Lancaster OH 43130.
