Troy Balderson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio's 12th district since 2018, has shared several statements on his social media platform. These statements cover topics ranging from national security to sports achievements and climate change policy.

On December 6, 2024, Balderson commented on the potential threats posed by TikTok while under the control of the Chinese Communist Party. He expressed approval of a legal decision: "While under the control of the Chinese Communist Party, TikTok can be used to target, spy on, and manipulate Americans. I applaud the D.C. Circuit Court's decision to uphold the law passed by Congress to protect the American people."

Two days later, on December 7, 2024, Balderson congratulated Ohio University's Bobcats for their success in sports: "MAC CHAMPIONS! Huge congratulations to the @ohiou Bobcats on a dominant win today and an unforgettable season!"

On December 9, 2024, Balderson addressed concerns regarding climate change policies at COP29. He criticized what he described as alarmist approaches by international bodies and advocated for practical energy solutions that support American interests: "The UN’s alarmist approach to climate change comes at a high cost to American families—higher bills, fewer jobs, and less security. At COP29, I pushed for common sense energy solutions & championed American energy leadership." He also referenced his op-ed in Newark Advocate.
