Congressman Troy Balderson, who represents Ohio’s 12th district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of tweets discussing his recent engagements and acknowledgments. Balderson has served in this capacity since replacing Pat Tiberi in 2018 and previously held positions in both the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate.

On May 9, 2025, Congressman Balderson expressed gratitude to students from Licking Heights High School for an engaging discussion. He noted that there were “lots of great questions” during his visit. The full tweet can be accessed here.

Later that day, Balderson participated in a session with the Leadership Muskingum class at Bryan Place in Zanesville. He mentioned having “a great conversation about job creation, energy, regional opportunities,” and shared some leadership lessons he has learned throughout his career. In a subsequent tweet on May 12, 2025, Congressman Balderson commemorated National Police Week by honoring law enforcement officers who serve Ohio communities daily. He thanked “the brave men and women of Ohio law enforcement” for their service. The tweet can be viewed here.

Troy Balderson was born in Zanesville, Ohio in 1962 and continues to reside there at the age of 61.
