Easy Yoga
Join us for free yoga classes. Wear comfy clothes and bring your own mat. This yoga class interweaves fitness moves with basic yoga postures in a heat-building and flowing sequence leading to relaxing stretches and ending with a 10-minute relaxation period.*Please note that the day of the week on which the class is held varies from week to week!
