Balderson, who succeeded Pat Tiberi in Congress, continues to engage with constituents through various initiatives and responses to local events.

On February 3, 2025, Congressman Balderson posted a brief message indicating the fulfillment of certain promises he had made. The tweet simply stated: "Promises kept ".

In response to a tragic event in New Albany, Balderson expressed his condolences and support for those affected by a shooting incident on February 5, 2025. He wrote: "My team and I are in close contact with local officials following the tragic shooting in New Albany. I am praying for the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this tragedy. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the first responders and law enforcement officers…".

Later that day, Balderson emphasized the importance of energy policy for manufacturing investments in American communities. On February 5, 2025, he tweeted about his visit to ShopFloorNAM where he discussed his energy agenda for the year: "For manufacturers to invest in American communities & workers, we must ensure we have the power generation needed to run their machines while keeping energy affordable & reliable for Ohio families.
