Congratulations to Fairfield Community Health Center for being a recipient of a grant for $ 1,000 from our vote-based campaign.
Fairfield Community Health Center's mission is to improve the lives of everyone in Fairfield County and the surrounding communities.
They accept ALL insurance types and have a sliding fee scale for the uninsured. FCHC prides itself in never turning anyone away due to inability to pay for services.
