Fairfield Community Health Center issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
It's no secret - the support of the community is a big reason FCHC is able to provide quality healthcare to all in our community, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. You have quite literally built the "Foundation of Our Future" with the soon-to-be-renovated South School - which will greatly increase our ability to serve you.
Now on Giving Tuesday (12/01) you can become a permanent piece of the new cornerstone of Community Health. When an individual, business, or fellow charitable organization donates $100 or more to FCHC you'll get a custom engraved brick for the entryway - a perfect way to show the community you care!
