We are pleased to announce that both Pickerington High School Central Theatre Department and Pickerington High School North Theatre Department have been nominated for the 2022 CAPA Marquee Awards. We are thrilled to have been nominated for the following:
Pickerington High School Central
- Best Technical Execution – Kat Ross
- Best Direction – Aileen Targett – Chicago
- Best Technical Execution – Drake Collins
- Best Direction – Allen DeCarlo – The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
- Best Ensemble – The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
- Best Lead Actor – Christian Strong
Christian Strong was chosen as the top 5 for Best Actors. He has the chance to compete in the Jimmy Awards. The National High School Musical Theatre Awards® (the Jimmy Awards®) is a national celebration of outstanding student achievement, recognizing individual artistry in vocal, dance, and acting performance and elevating the importance of theatre arts education in schools. The Jimmy Awards are presented by The Broadway League Foundation.
