Pickerington Local School District had the highest enrollment among Fairfield County districts, welcoming 11,014 students during the 2022-23 school year, according to reports from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 51.9% of them were boys, and 48.1% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Pickerington Local School District students was white, with 46.3% of students identifying as white.

Among the eight districts in Fairfield County, Lancaster City School District ranked second in enrollment numbers with 6,239 students , while Bloom-Carroll Local School District welcomed 2,250 students to be ranked third in the 2022-23 school year.
